Dale Foreman was educated at Harvard College. After graduating from Harvard Law School, Dale and his wife, Gail, moved to Wenatchee where from 1975 to 1981 Dale practiced law and became a partner at Jeffers, Danielson & Foreman. Later, he founded the firm of Foreman, Arch, Dodge, Volyn & Zimmerman.

Since 1975, Dale has represented family businesses, corporations, public utility districts, farmers, orchardists and individuals in every area of civil litigation and business planning. He is the author of several books, including the Washington Trial Handbook.

In 1992 Dale was elected to the State House of Representatives, where he became majority leader. In 1996, Dale ran for Governor. Narrowly defeated in that race, he was elected chairman of the Washington State Republican Party. In 2000, he was elected to the Washington Apple Commission and has served as the Chairman of both the Washington Apple Commission and the U.S. Apple Association.

Dale focuses his practice on representing farmers, orchardists and small businesses. He also practices in the areas of personal injury and civil litigation. He is admitted to practice in Washington, California, and the federal courts of both states.
